The Overcoat & The Third Mind
Finding one modern day theme for two separate literary texts. The theme of my book is the destruction that plays in the lives of sexual assault survivors. I incorporated photography of flowers and body parts to represent victims of sexual violence throughout the book.
Art Direction
The mood of the photos I took of myself and friends are dark and melancholy. Bouquets of flowers are being abused the same way many people find themselves in threatening, abusive relationships.
